He had to work in his business physically hard in order for it to work and felt he was working very hard for his money. He became aware through reading books by leading entrepreneurs that a wise person gets his money to work for him, and sets up passive income streams. Now that sounded easy in theory but HOW was he going to achieve a great change successfully?
