Seeing how that most if not all of you are now back from your wonderful summer breaks and back to work, we know how hard it can be to get back into the rhythm of things so we decided to share a few self help tips which we call ‘The pill to kill daily procrastination’.
Here are a few basic tips:
1- Write a list of all the tasks you need to do: this is the first step to helping clear a cluttered mind as now all the things that create extra stress are now put into a better perspective when on paper. Before you start any daily task or work always has your list; you can do this the night before or even make it the 1st priority once you wake up.
